This program is part of Art Beat, a weeklong celebration of the arts in Lexington.
Come experience the voices of the Library's New Hip-Hop & Poetry Club as members perform original lyrics, rap verses, and spoken-word pieces. This showcase highlights their work in writing, recording and performance skills —all coming together on one stage.
Feel the pulse of creativity by joining us at Lexington Public Library for a week-long celebration of artistic expression, featuring workshops, demonstrations, and performances tailored for a wide range of age groups and interests. Each day we will celebrate a different art form, including written and spoken word, drama, dance, visual arts, and music.
