Get out of your cooking comfort zone in Bite Club: A Cookbook Club for Food Lovers. A new theme or cuisine will be represented by an array of cookbooks each meeting.
February is Black History Month, so we will celebrate with an "African American Cookbook Edition"! African American Cuisine, often called Soul Food, has a rich heritage with its roots in the rural South and the culinary innovations of traditional West African dishes. Members can choose a recipe from one of the African American cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
