Teens and adults come explore the world's most approachable instrument with Lexington-based musician, educator, and radio host Mick Jeffries.
In this fast-paced, hands-on session, you’ll go from "never held a uke" to playing your first few chords. We’ll cover the absolute essentials: how to hold it, how to tune it, and the "magic chords" that unlock hundreds of your favorite songs.
The workshop is led by Mick Jeffries, a Lexington-based musician, educator, radio host, and co-founder of KYuke. With his signature blend of humor and expertise, Mick will show you that making music isn't just for "experts"—it’s for everyone.
