Participants may use the provided yoga mats or are welcome to bring their own. This program is centered on comfort and relaxation.
Pete Wallace is a seasoned handpan artist, sound healer, and composer with eight years of experience enchanting audiences with the instrument's ethereal tones. As a professional handpan player for the last several years, Pete has honed his craft, developing a unique and captivating style. He has also composed over 40 original pieces for the handpan, showcasing his creativity and expanding the instrument's musical possibilities. He is a valued sound healer at the Sound Healing Center of Lexington, where he uses the handpan's resonant vibrations to create transformative and therapeutic experiences. Pete's musical talents extend to collaborative ventures, including accompanying yoga instructors, particularly in Yin Yoga sessions, where his soothing melodies deepen the meditative and restorative experience.
